Wound Care Provider NP, PA

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team in Fresno, CA.

Responsibilities include participating in weekly bedside wound rounds, evaluating and managing acute and chronic wounds, performing dressings, medically necessary debridement, G-Tube management (training provided), and establishing care plans within facility protocols. Home health visits may also be required.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and experienced in skilled nursing facility environments. Must have at least 2 years of wound care, debridement, and SNF experience, with strong communication skills and ability to work independently. A current California medical license is required.

Benefits include health and dental insurance, flexible schedule, and paid time off. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $160,000 annually. Must be willing to commute or relocate to Fresno before starting. Experience with wound care certification (preferred) is a plus. Schedule is Monday to Friday with on-call duties during day shifts.
