Qualifications:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state
• Master’s degree in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner specialization
• At least 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Experience with patients of all ages preferred; ICU or ER skills a plus
