We seek a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and health education.
Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, providing behavioral health support, collaborating with healthcare team members, maintaining accurate records, and offering occupational health services.
Qualifications required are a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Alabama, a Master’s degree in Nursing, at least 2 years of experience, and willingness to relocate to Moulton, AL. Preferred experience includes work with children and ICU or ER settings.
