Join a growing mental health and consulting team dedicated to transforming behavioral health in Eastern New Mexico.

  • A therapist provides individual, family, and couples counseling for mental health and substance use issues, with a mix of in-office and online sessions.
  • Key duties include conducting intakes, developing treatment plans, facilitating therapy sessions, crisis support, referrals, and maintaining confidential records.
  • Requires a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field, and licensure (e.g., LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LMFT) in New Mexico; bilingual skills preferred.
  • Candidates should demonstrate teamwork, cultural competence, and strong communication skills. Experience in crisis intervention is a plus.
