Join our team as an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner in the Lake Zurich/Crystal Lake, IL area. This part-time role offers $50/hour plus performance bonuses, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, disability insurance, malpractice coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and CME reimbursement.

Responsibilities include

  • collaborating with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans
  • conducting assessments, diagnoses, and treatments

  • an unencumbered Illinois Nurse Practitioner license
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing
  • preferably 2+ years of experience

    Work involves local travel, and relocation to Lake Zurich is required before starting. In-person work location.
