Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join a growing GI practice in Macon, GA, specializing in adult Gastroenterology and endoscopy.
Provides high-quality clinical care in office/hospital settings, assisting with examinations, procedures, and care plans.
Reviews medical records accurately and promptly, administers medications, orders diagnostic tests, and develops presumptive diagnoses.
Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and evaluate treatment programs.
Educates patients and families on medications and health management.
Performs patient interviews, history, physical exams, and health counseling.
Ensures departmental compliance with regulations and maintains competency standards.
Requires a Master’s Degree in Nursing, active Georgia APRN license, and BLS certification.
Ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with initiative and flexibility.
