Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join a growing GI practice in Macon, GA, specializing in adult Gastroenterology and endoscopy.
*Essential Functions:*
Provide high-quality clinical care in office/hospital settings, assisting physicians with examinations and procedures. Accurately review medical records, administer medications, order and evaluate diagnostic tests, and develop care plans. Educate patients and families on treatment and health prevention. Conduct patient interviews, perform physical exams, and ensure compliance with regulations. Complete departmental competencies and take initiative in patient care.*Requirements:*
Master’s Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Active APRN license and BLS certification in Georgia. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team. Flexible, responsible, and committed to patient confidentiality.
