Job Description

We are seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists with AAC expertise to join a family-focused private practice serving children and teens with developmental delays and disabilities.

  • Provide child-centered evaluations, therapy, and AAC interventions in a supportive, collaborative environment.
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, complete documentation, and conduct comprehensive assessments.
  • Offer family education, training, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Opportunities for leadership based on experience.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active Colorado licensure, ASHA certification, and 3-5 years of experience with AAC preferred.

    We offer competitive pay ($80,000-$90,000/year), benefits such as 401(k), health insurance, continuing education, flexible scheduling, and more. Positions are full or part-time, based in Colorado Springs or Centennial, with in-person work expected.
