Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) for onsite work at our location in East Grand Forks, MN. This full-time position (1.0 FTE) involves providing individual and group therapy to clients with substance use disorders, conducting assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans. The role requires leading three evening groups weekly and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted MN LADC or ADC-T license. Responsibilities include maintaining compliant documentation, participating in clinical meetings, and supporting client recovery.
