Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor (RN) for PCU in Santa Fe, NM, to lead and support nursing staff in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

  • Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance evaluations to nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Handle patient concerns and promote a positive, healing environment.
