Advanced Practice Provider

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join a Nephrology office and dialysis facility.

Provide direct patient care in a dialysis setting, including assessments, managing chronic kidney disease, and assisting with treatment plans.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Supervision from Nephrology providers is available; experience in Nephrology is preferred but not required.

Must hold an active VA Medical license and DEA certification, with strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
