We are seeking a dedicated Liver Transplant Coordinator Pediatrics for a full-time day shift in Detroit, MI.

Responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of pediatric liver transplant patients’ care, ensuring seamless communication among multidisciplinary teams, scheduling appointments, and providing education and support to patients and families.

Must possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex cases efficiently.
