Job Description
The LCSW, LCADC therapist provides individual and group counseling to promote recovery and mental health, addressing issues such as substance abuse, family, parenting, marital problems, stress, self-esteem, aging, and suicidal thoughts.
Required skills include knowledge of human behavior, diagnosis, treatment, group dynamics, and cultural influences. Familiarity with KIPU is preferred. Must be licensed (LSW, LCADC, LCSW) with at least two years of experience in Substance Abuse or Dual Diagnosis.
This full-time, in-person role is based in Morris Plains, NJ, with a salary starting at $60,000/year and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Relocation and in-person work are required.
