Job Description

Seeking an experienced Assessment Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) for a full-time, in-person/hybrid role in an integrative medical facility.

Work involves managing diagnostic assessments for mental health and substance use disorder patients, determining appropriate levels of care, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with medical and clinical teams.

The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with electronic records, and adherence to confidentiality laws.

Qualifications include a master’s degree in a related field, valid licensure, at least 3 years of independent counseling experience, and relevant certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
