We are seeking an experienced Assessment Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) for a full-time, hybrid role in an integrative medical facility.

Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic assessments for mental health and substance use disorders, determining appropriate levels of care (ASAM), developing treatment plans, and managing caseloads for ongoing therapy and continuing care groups.

Work involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, documentation compliance, and some remote flexibility. Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, and professional development. Anchorage, AK residency or relocation required.
