We seek a Mobile Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide in-home and outpatient care in Fort Wayne, IN, and surrounding areas.

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage health conditions, including ordering and interpreting tests.
  • Prescribe medications and oversee patients’ overall health and wellness.
