This exempt position offers a starting salary of $80,089, commensurate with experience.
Position Summary: Manages the daily operations of the Speech/Language Pathology Department and related community programs.
Primary Responsibilities: Provide speech, language, cognitive, or hearing therapy; assess swallowing for dysphagia; deliver direct patient care; supervise staff; participate in performance improvement efforts.
Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology; ASHA certification; Oklahoma licensure; 2+ years in rehabilitation or psychiatric settings; neurorehabilitation experience preferred; dysphagia expertise a plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to read, write, stand, walk long distances, and lift at least 65 lbs.
