Job Description

This exempt position offers a starting salary of $80,089, commensurate with experience.

Position Summary: Responsible for managing daily operations of the Speech/Language Pathology Department and related community programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Address communication needs of patients with speech, language, cognitive, or hearing disorders.
  • Assess swallowing function for dysphagia patients.
  • Provide direct patient care, evaluations, documentation, and supervise rehabilitation staff.
  • Contribute to performance improvement initiatives.

    • Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
  • American Speech-Language Certification and Oklahoma licensure.
  • Experience in neurorehabilitation, especially with traumatic brain injuries, preferred.
  • Knowledge of neurogenic communication disorders and related fields is advantageous.

    • Physical Requirements: Ability to read, write, stand, walk long distances, and lift at least 65 lbs.
