Speech Therapist ($5,000 Sign-On Bonus)

Job Description

This exempt position offers a starting salary of $80,089, commensurate with experience.

Position Summary: Responsible for daily operations of the Speech/Language Pathology Department and related community programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Address communication needs of patients with speech, language, cognitive, or hearing disorders.

Assess swallowing function for dysphagia patients.

Provide direct patient care, evaluations, documentation, and supervise rehabilitation staff.

Contribute to performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Master’s in Speech and Language Pathology, ASHA certification, Oklahoma licensure.

Experience in adult neuro rehabilitation, psychiatric settings, and supervisory roles.

Preferred experience with traumatic brain injuries and dysphagia.

Knowledge of neurogenic, developmental, and psychiatric disorders plus behavior management.

Physical Requirements: Ability to read, write, stand, walk long distances, and lift at least 65 lbs.
