Speech Therapist ($5,000 Sign-On Bonus)

Job Description

This Exempt position offers a starting salary of $80,089, commensurate with experience.

Position Summary: Responsible for managing daily operations of the Speech/Language Pathology Department and related community programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Address communication needs of patients with speech, language, cognitive, or hearing disorders.

Assess swallowing function for dysphagia patients.

Provide direct patient care, evaluations, documentation, and supervise rehabilitation staff.

Participate in performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech and Language Pathology, certification, licensure, and relevant experience, preferably in neurorehabilitation.

Physical capabilities involve long periods of sitting or standing, walking, and lifting at least 65 lbs.
