Speech Therapist ($5,000 Sign-On Bonus)

Job Description

This is an exempt position offering a starting salary of $80,089, based on experience.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations of the Speech/Language Pathology Department, providing direct patient care for individuals with speech, language, cognitive, or hearing disorders, assessing swallowing for dysphagia patients, supervising staff, and participating in quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications required are a Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology, American Speech and Language Certification, Oklahoma licensure, and at least two years of experience in rehabilitation or psychiatric settings, with neurorehabilitation and dysphagia experience preferred. Knowledge of neurogenic communication disorders and behavioral management is a plus.

Physical requirements include the ability to read, write, stand, walk long distances, and lift at least 65 lbs.
