Job Description
Assumes primary responsibility for nursing practice and operations in assigned areas, ensuring effective patient care, safety, and compliance 24/7.
Participates in goal setting, monitors unit performance, and implements corrective actions to meet departmental objectives.
Acts as an advocate for patients and families, ensuring rights are respected and satisfaction is prioritized.
Ensures care aligns with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures, collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes.
Recruits, mentors, and evaluates staff, fostering professional development and ensuring competency.
Manages staffing, resources, and budgets to optimize efficiency and quality care.
Promotes staff participation in process improvement and maintains equipment and supply standards.
Builds strong relationships with physicians, leadership, patients, and community to enhance care delivery.
Performs other duties as needed.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, RN license, and BLS certification.
