Responsible for 24/7 management of nursing practice and operations in assigned units, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Leads staff recruitment, performance evaluation, professional development, and conflict resolution to promote high-quality patient care.
Collaborates with leadership, physicians, and staff to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety.
Oversees staffing, resource utilization, budget development, and process improvements to ensure efficient operations.
Participates in policy development, staff education, emergency planning, and quality assurance activities.
Maintains a focus on patient-centered care, staff engagement, and adherence to organizational core values.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, RN license, and BLS certification. This is a full-time position.
