Job Description

Seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Counselor/Therapist to provide services for children and older clients.

Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans, and delivering individual, marital, or family therapy, including crisis intervention.

Participate in team case conferences, collaborate with community resources, and offer education to patients and families regarding diagnoses and treatment.

Maintain detailed documentation, ensure confidentiality, and adhere to legal and agency standards.

Some travel may be required.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field and licensure (LMHC, tLMHC, LMSW, or LISW) in Iowa.

Work is conducted in person.
