Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) Inpatient Women’s Services / Full-time

Job Description

The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in Women’s Services, collaborating with leadership to develop programs that improve care quality and satisfaction.

Requirements include a graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), current RN license in New Mexico, BLS, and relevant certifications.

Key skills involve strong clinical and leadership abilities, effective communication, team motivation, problem-solving, and experience working with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams.

Minimum of 5 years in women’s services or Pediatrics and 2 years in management is required.

Reporting to the Chief Nurse Executive, the role involves working in a clean environment, handling stressful situations, and flexible hours to accommodate emergencies. Physical and communication skills are essential for success.
