RN Nurse Manager – Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager for a skilled nursing facility in Ithaca, NY. This full-time, contract role offers up to $45/hour with shift differentials, working Monday-Friday days.

Responsibilities: Provide 24/7 RN oversight, supervise and mentor staff, conduct assessments, develop care plans, monitor resident conditions, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in quality improvement, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and administer medications safely.

Qualifications: NY RN license, BLS certification, 1+ year as RN Nurse Manager, 2+ years SNF experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and basic computer proficiency.
