Job Description
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.
Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders. Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for eligible students. Provide direct therapy in individual or group settings. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to support students’ communication needs. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in meetings and conferences. Offer training and resources on speech and language development. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Engage in ongoing professional development. This full-time role offers a salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year and requires a Master’s degree. It involves in-person work to enhance students’ academic and social success through improved communication skills.
