Job Description

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.

  • Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Provide direct therapy in individual or group settings.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress.
  • Participate in meetings and conferences with stakeholders.
  • Offer training and resources on speech and language development.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to special education.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development.

  • The role is full-time, with a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 annually, requiring a Master’s degree. The position is in-person.
