Job Description
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.
Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Provide direct therapy in individual or group settings. Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support communication needs. Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress. Participate in meetings and conferences with stakeholders. Offer training and resources on speech and language development. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to special education. Engage in ongoing professional development. The role is full-time, with a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 annually, requiring a Master’s degree. The position is in-person.
