Job Description

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.

  • Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for eligible students.
  • Deliver direct therapy in individual or group settings.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress.
  • Participate in IEP, multidisciplinary, and parent meetings.
  • Train staff and families on speech and language strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development.

  • This full-time role offers an annual salary of $60,000–$80,000 and requires a Master’s degree. The position is in-person.
