Overview: We aim to create a positive environment for both staff and residents. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and swallowing disorders to improve residents’ quality of life.
Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also coordinate referrals, stay updated on clinical practices, and promote resident dignity and comfort.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-language Pathology, valid state license, and relevant experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technological skills are essential. Flexibility to work varied hours and perform physical tasks is required.
Compensation & Benefits: $48-$58/hr, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, continuing education, and relocation assistance.
Location: In-person work in Fallon, NV, with some travel to sister facilities. Fluency in English and active licensure are preferred.
