Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Clinical Therapist with a Master’s degree and Iowa licensure (LMHC, LMSW, LISW, LMFT or provisional licenses).

  • Conducts 25-27 weekly individual and family therapy sessions, with optional group facilitation.
  • Completes LPHA psychosocial assessments, reauthorizations, and Managed Care Reviews.
  • Prepares treatment collaborations and discharge summaries, ensuring timely documentation.
  • Participates in weekly clinical team meetings.
  • Requires relocation to Woodward, IA before starting.
  • Offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, $61,000-$66,000 salary, and benefits including health insurance, retirement, paid time off, and professional development.
