Seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist for a community-based role in Boise, focusing on serving low-income, multicultural populations, including refugees and immigrants.
Provide culturally appropriate, evidence-based therapy and comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, community partners, and offer case management during crises related to housing, food, or medical access.
Create treatment plans meeting state and Medicaid requirements, document contacts, and discharge when appropriate.
Maintain ongoing professional development and adhere to confidentiality standards.
Work primarily in community settings, requiring reliable transportation, with compensation of $40-$50/hour based on billable hours and credentials.
