Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Wound Care/Home Health team based in Spokane, WA.

• Work in skilled nursing facilities, conducting weekly bedside wound rounds to evaluate and manage acute, chronic, surgical, and dermatologic wounds.
• Perform dressing changes, medically necessary debridement, and G-Tube management (training provided).
• Participate in Home Health visits as needed.
• Must be outgoing, energetic, and experienced with SNF environments.
• Preferred qualifications include wound care certification, 2+ years of wound care and debridement experience, and current licenses in Washington and Idaho.
• Schedule: Day shifts, Monday–Friday, with on-call and weekend availability.
