Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing pediatric outpatient clinic, providing Help and Hope for All through speech, occupational, and physical therapy.
Position Summary
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, feeding, and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations in compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings.
- Document sessions and progress notes.
- Educate families on diagnosis and home strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP and Missouri license.
- Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to move between treatment areas, lift up to 25 lbs., and work in a fast-paced environment.
