Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing pediatric outpatient clinic, providing Help and Hope for All through speech, occupational, and physical therapy.

Position Summary

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, feeding, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations in compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings.
• Document sessions and progress notes.
• Educate families on diagnosis and home strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP and Missouri license.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to move between treatment areas, lift up to 25 lbs., and work in a fast-paced environment.
