Registered Nurse (RN) Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN Manager for a day shift position to oversee a clinical team providing exceptional resident care.

• Supervise and train clinical staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery
• Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans and assess current and prospective residents
• Assist in hiring and ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies
• Maintain a supportive leadership role and promote continuous learning

Qualifications include a current RN license, prior supervisory experience, and a passion for helping others. Experience in geriatrics or assisted living is preferred.
