Job Description

Join a passionate team dedicated to improving the lives of at-risk youth in a psychiatric residential treatment setting on a 270-acre farm.

As a Child Psychiatrist, you’ll provide mental health care including diagnosis, evaluations, testing, and medication management for children aged 5-14, working closely with the Student Services team.

**Qualifications:** Medical Doctor license in Virginia, experience with at-risk youth and child mental health conditions, and ability to pass background checks.

**Schedule:** Monday through Friday, hybrid work arrangement.
