Job Description

Full-time RN Nurse Manager position available Monday-Friday during day shifts at a state-of-the-art 96-bed healthcare facility with private resident spaces and panoramic Penobscot Bay views.

Offering a $5,000 sign-on award, the role involves managing the long-term care unit to ensure high-quality care within regulatory standards.

Applicants must be Maine-licensed RNs with at least 2 years of long-term care experience and supervisory skills preferred. The ideal candidate is resident-focused and eager to contribute to a supportive team.

Compensation ranges from $37.00 to $45.10 per hour, with an expected 40-hour workweek.
