Job Description

Seeking a full-time, dedicated speech-language pathologist to join a pediatric private practice in Clarksville, Tennessee. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders in children from infancy to adolescence, including articulation, language, AAC, and feeding therapy.

• Conduct evaluations using standardized tests, observations, and interviews to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based, play-based therapy and feeding interventions for children with dysphagia.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare professionals to support client goals.
• Offer parent education, implement home programs, and monitor progress.
• Work closely with occupational and physical therapists within the clinic.
• Maintain documentation and stay current with clinical notes and evaluations.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, current Tennessee licensure as an SLP, and ASHA CCC. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive salary ($62,000–$85,000), benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, continuing education, a retirement plan, and flexible scheduling. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with options for full- or part-time work.
