Seeking a full-time LCSW or LCPC to join the behavioral health team at an Olney, IL location.
Provide outpatient clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate documentation and supervise or mentor healthcare staff as needed.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling, valid Illinois LCSW or LCPC license, and 2+ years of outpatient therapy experience.
Strong knowledge of mental health treatment, team collaboration, and commitment to the PCMH model required. Bilingual skills preferred.
