Job Description

Join our team as a Clinician I in Bath, NY, with a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus! This full-time role (40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm, evenings as needed) involves assessing and providing quality mental health care to youth (ages 12-18) in residential care.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and treating children, youth, and families
• Providing individual and group therapy in various settings
• Consulting and training staff as appropriate
• Serving as the primary contact for service plans, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field, licensure eligibility, a valid driver’s license, and experience in trauma-focused therapy preferred.
