Job Description
We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about delivering personalized, one-on-one care in patients’ homes.
The SLP will:
- Conduct evaluations, assess home environments, and identify equipment needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve speech and language functions.
- Administer therapy using specialized techniques and recommend communication aids.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in meetings, prepare documentation, and maintain clinical competency.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment regimes and refer for additional services as needed.
- Supervise home health aides related to speech therapy procedures, as appropriate.
Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology, valid state licensure, at least one year of clinical experience, and successful completion of national certification. The role offers a flexible schedule with in-person work and a family-like work environment.
