Job Description
We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about providing personalized, one-on-one care in patients’ homes.
Conduct evaluations, assess home environments, and identify equipment needs related to speech/language function.
Develop and implement personalized plans to improve communication abilities using specialized techniques and equipment.
Recommend communication aids and coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team members.
Participate in meetings, prepare documentation, and maintain clinical competency.
Instruct patients and families, refer to additional services, and supervise home health aides if needed.
Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in SLP, valid state licensure or clinical experience, and at least one year of clinical practice.
