Job Description

We are seeking a full-time CDL Driver (Class B minimum) based in Pagosa Springs, CO, to support our expanding waste management services on the Western Slope of Colorado.


  • Starting pay ranges from $24-$27/hour, depending on experience and driving record.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, matching 401(k), PTO, sick leave, and safety bonuses.
  • Work involves local routes as a solo or team driver.
  • Applicants must have a Class B CDL and be willing to relocate to Pagosa Springs.
  • Expected hours are 40-50 per week.
