Registered Nurse- (RN)- House Supervisor

Eligible candidates must be hired into a full or part-time RN position; bonuses are prorated for part-time, and per diem hires are ineligible. Current or recent MaineHealth employees are not eligible.

The role involves coordinating clinical management and ensuring safe, age-specific patient care across the hospital. It requires providing leadership, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and overseeing staff to maintain high standards of care.

Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current Maine RN licensure, CPR, ACLS, MOAB, and neonatal certifications, with preferred experience in acute care and clinical expertise in diverse settings. Strong communication, clinical judgment, and computer skills are essential.
