Job Description
We are seeking an RN License OR Manager / Charge Nurse to oversee operations in a 4 OR / 1 procedure room ambulatory surgery center.
Must have 2-5 years of Operating Room and Orthopedics experience, preferably in outpatient settings. CNOR preferred. Responsibilities include scheduling, equipment and supply management, staff coordination, and direct communication with physicians. Requires strong organizational skills, aseptic techniques, and ability to multi-task and problem-solve independently. Occasionally functions as Circulating Nurse or Surgical Technologist. This full-time role offers a salary of $105,000-$110,000 with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
