Seeking an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) for geriatric primary care in Snohomish County, WA. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule with

3 clinical days (in-person and telehealth)

1 administrative day

3 days off

. The position involves

assessing and managing complex geriatric conditions

performing intake and follow-up visits

diagnosing, prescribing, and coordinating care

. Candidates must be licensed in WA, with active DEA and RN licenses, and preferably have geriatric or primary care experience.
