Job Description

Seeking a full-time Therapist to provide therapeutic assessments, individual and group counseling, and crisis stabilization services for youth in a foster care network.

• Collaborate with support specialists and treatment teams to develop treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, state, and organizational paperwork requirements.
• Stay updated on field developments through ongoing education and professional development.
• Conduct clinical consultations with foster parents and provide crisis support.
• Assist with miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in mental health, counseling, or social work, and licensure as a psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, marriage and family therapist, or counselor, or eligibility under supervision. This position reports to the Program or Regional Director, offers benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off, and requires residence and relocation to Somerset, KY. The role is exempt and requires in-person work.
