Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an established Internal Medicine Practice.

  • Active NY PA or NP certification with current CPR; ACLS/BLS preferred
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
  • Provide high-quality primary care in collaboration with physicians and staff
  • Manage own patient panel with clinical independence
  • Educate and support patients and families
  • Contribute to improving care processes and outcomes

    • Compensation includes a salary range of $104,738.30 – $136,136.45, with potential sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement contributions, HSA options, PTO, holidays, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, student loan assistance, and relocation support.

    Work is in person, with a focus on delivering quality primary care in a collaborative environment.
