Speech Language Pathologist – (SLP) – Part-Time – Home Health – Dyersburg

Job Description

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Dyersburg, TN.

Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within scope of practice.

Collaborate with healthcare team members and assist in developing and implementing personalized care plans.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and communication strategies.

Must have at least 1 year of clinical experience as an SLP, a current license, CCC-SLP certification, and home health experience. Reliable transportation and the ability to work within the community are required.
