Job Description

The RN Supervisor oversees the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care, supporting the Director in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing services.

They are responsible for supervising daily nursing operations across assigned areas, ensuring adherence to policies and standards, and monitoring patient outcomes to maintain safety and quality.

The role involves managing staff performance, fostering staff development, and collaborating with other departments to meet organizational safety, quality, and service goals.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), at least 2 years of clinical experience, previous supervisory or management experience (preferred), and an active RN license with BLS certification.

The position is full-time, 5 days a week, with 8-hour shifts.
